In 2012, the debtor CA Silverman conveyed a one-half joint tenancy in her house (her only asset of any significant value) to Samuel Tribble. She filed this case in 2015. Post-petition, the chapter 7 trustee filed an adversary proceeding against Tribble to avoid the transfer as fraudulent. The Court entered a default judgment in the trustee's favor in March 2016.
