Northern v. Chesapeake & Gulf Fisheries Co.

Plaintiff, who was an employee of the Midwest Fisheries Association, a domestic corporation, commenced this action on November 16, 1923, to recover damages in the sum of $20,000 for alleged personal injuries resulting from a fall into an open and unguarded elevator shaft, situate upon certain premises leased, operated and maintained by Chesapeake Gulf Fisheries Company, a domestic corporation, and known as No. 1317 Cherry Street, in Kansas City, Missouri.
