The appellants were real estate brokers in the city of Indianapolis. The appellees were owners of certain real estate, situated in the city, on the corner of Washington and Mississippi streets. The parties mutually agreed that if the appellants would “ find a purchaser, or make a sale of said real estate,” they should receive for their commission one thousand dollars, which the appellees agreed to pay.
