MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

Introduction
On February 20, 2008, the Court entered an Order Disallowing Claim of Exemption. Docket No. 48. On February 26, 2008, Debtor Evelyn Schmein Becker filed a “Motion to Set Aside Order Granting Objection to Debtor’s Claim of Exemption, Docket No. 48.” Docket No. 49. Creditor Dr. Jon R. Gray (“Creditor”) objected to the motion. Docket No. 56. Debtor and Creditor thereafter executed and filed a Stipulation intended to resolve the issues raised by the motion and objection.
