This controversy centers around an interpretation of the option provisions of the contract to buy and sell realty. Defendants-appellants, Lena, Inc., John R. Grand, Jr., T. Lacy Grand and Jeanne Grand Murphy, are the developers of a residential subdivision known as West Merrydale.
