CITY OF OPELOUSAS, ET AL. (Parish of St. Landry) That portion of the decision of the appellate court that reversed the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Lexington as to Gorman is reversed, and the trial court’s judgment in this regard is reinstated.
