VOLLACK, Justice.

Herbert Dveirin (Dveirin or respondent) appeals the decision of the Probate Court for the City and County of Denver denying relief in the nature of habeas corpus, by which he seeks release from involuntary confinement at Fort Logan Mental Health Center. 1 At issue is whether setting aside a certification for short-term treatment invalidates subsequent certifications for long-term care and treatment.
