Schneider’s August 25, 2016 Order Grant*190ing the Motion of Manekin Construction, LLC (“Appellee” or “Manekin”) for Sanctions and Entering Default Judgment under Rule 37(b)1 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure against LeCompte based on his failure to respond to discovery requests.
