OPINION OF THE COURT

2Per curiam

This matter is before the Court to determine whether the trial judge erred in denying Ronald Plaskett’s (“Plaskett” or “appellant”) Motion for New Trial. To do so, this Court must resolve the following issues: 1) whether Plaskett has proven prosecutorial misconduct and ineffective assistance of counsel; 2) whether the amendment of the complaint at the close of the government’s case in chief was prejudicial; and 3) whether the trial court erred in excluding character evidence of the victim, Lisabeth Saldana (“Saldana”).
