This is an action to determine adverse claims to a tract of land in Grant county in this state. In its complaint the plaintiff alleges that it is the owner of said tract, and that the defendant claims an interest therein adverse to the plaintiff. The defendant in its. answer alleges that it is the owner of all minerals of any nature upon or in said land, including coal, iron, ‘natural gas and oil.
