Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Rensselaer County (Czajka, J.), rendered June 24, 2005, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of endangering the welfare of a child.
Defendant was charged in a 26-count indictment with multiple acts of rape in the third degree and criminal sexual acts in the third degree and two misdemeanors.
