—In an action to recover no-fault medical payments under an insurance contract, the defendant appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Joseph, J.), dated June 22, 2000, as granted that branch of the motion of the plaintiff New York & Presbyterian Hospital, as assignee of Alvaro Glenn, which was for summary judgment on the cause of action to recover no-fault medical payments allegedly due for Glenn’s hospital bill.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, and that branch of the respondent’s motion…
