Wiedmaier, Inc. and Marsha A. Wied-maier (“Marsha”) appeal from the trial court’s judgment in favor of Motorsport Marketing, Inc. (“Motorsport”) and against Wiedmaier, Inc. and Marsha on Motorsport’s petition to recover monies due on open account and on personal and corporate guaranty.
