The plaintiff, Nancy Daoud, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered against her, following a hearing on a motion brought by the defendant, Whitney M. Cook, to compel compliance with an arbitration award requiring the plaintiff to use reasonable commercial efforts to rent office space not being used by her.
