FINCH, Judge.

Gayle Trimble (hereinafter plaintiff) and her father brought suit for personal injuries and medical expenses as a result of plaintiff, a pedestrian, being struck by two motor vehicles operated by the defendants herein. Defendant Sipes did not file an answer or appear at the trial. The jury returned a verdict against both defendants for $25,000 in favor of plaintiff and $3000 for her father. Notice of appeal was filed by defendant Arnold on July 21, 1970, at which time the amount of the judgment vested appellate jurisdiction in this Court. We retain the case for decision. Mo.…
