Appellants say: “The question involved in this case is: ‘Who are the heirs of Claude Edgar?’.” Claude Edgar died intestate November 11,1957, never having been married. Appellants claim to be his paternal half brothers and sisters and his heirs at law. Appellees, on the other hand, who are admittedly his maternal half brothers and sisters, deny that appellants have any claim to Claude’s estate.
