The Mexican migrant worker plaintiffs in this farmworker rights case1 move for a protective order against the Hendrix defendants’ Fed.R.Civ.P. 30(b)(1) notice requiring them to travel from afar (mostly Mexico) to Statesboro, Georgia (office of defense counsel).
