Defendant-Appellant Lawrence Sales, also known as “Pee Wee,” appeals his conviction relating to firearms possession. Additionally, he appeals the district court’s determination that (1) probable cause supported the search warrant issued for Sales’s residence, (2) the Government did not need to reveal the confidential informant used in this case and (3) any prosecutorial misconduct did not trigger a mistrial.
