I. Introduction
In this suit brought pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq., plaintiff Larry Overcash moves for a default judgment against defendants United Abstract Group, Inc. (“United Abstract”) and American Credit & Collection, LLC (“American Credit”). For the reasons that follow, the court grants the requested default judgment.
