—In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an or*642der of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Bucaria, J.), entered July 12, 2002, which denied their motion, in effect, to vacate a prior order of the same court entered April 23, 2001, which granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to 22 NYCRR 202.27, upon the plaintiffs’ default in opposing the motion, and to vacate a judgment of the same court entered July 26, 2001, thereon.
