Michael A. Bernard appeals his conviction for one count of aggravated oral sexual battery.1 For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On June 27, 2001, Michael Bernard was charged by bill of information with one count of aggravated oral sexual battery in violation of La. R.S. 14:43.4, and two counts of sexual battery, in violation of La. R.S. 14:43.1. At arraignment on July 2, 2001, Mr. Bernard pled not guilty.
