Claimants appeal from orders of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board), affirming referee’s decisions denying benefits under section 402(d) of the Unemployment Compensation Law.1 We affirm.

*406Although the above-captioned cases have not been consolidated, they arise from the same factual circumstances and were heard and decided together by the Board. We shall, therefore, treat both cases together in this opinion.
