James Lee appeals his conviction for three counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. Two indictments were returned against Lee — CC-98-1131, charging two counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance; and CC-98-1132, charging one count of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
