Frances C. Howe appeals the trial court’s grant of defendant Venus M. Groover’s motion to dismiss Howe’s complaint based upon the expiration of the applicable statute of limitation. Plaintiff contends the doctrines of estoppel and waiver preclude the defendant from relying on the expiration of the statute of limitation.
