Reversing judgment of June 2nd, 1916, and affirming judgment of April 14th, 1916,

On March 10th, 1916, R. L. Hudson and. Lula C. Hudson, his wife, executed to J. R. Kirby, a deed of assignment, by which they conveyed to him all of their property for the benefit of their creditors. The deed was duly recorded, and the assignee named in the deed qualified in the county court by the execution of the necessary bond and took the oaths provided by law.
