MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN T. LANEY, III, Bankruptcy Judge.
On October 12, 2001, the court held a hearing on the objection to claims and motion for determination of tax liability of R-P Packaging, Inc. and Plicon Corporation (collectively, “Debtors”) to the Muscogee County Tax Commissioner (“Commissioner”). At the conclusion of the presentation of the evidence, the court asked the parties to submit proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law.
