LEHMAN, Chief Justice.
[T 1] In 1995, this court heard school dis-triects' claims challenging the constitutionality of school financing statutes. This court determined the Wyoming Constitution required that all students receive an equal opportunity to a quality education. Finding a lack of equal opportunity, we remanded the case. Campbell County Sch. Dist. v. State, 907 P.2d 1238 (Wyo.1995) (Campbell I).
