This action arises out of a renovation and improvement project for the Community Facilities Budding at the United States Naval Station in Staten Island, New York, (the “Project”). Defendant Manshul Construction Corp. (“Manshul”) was the general contractor on the Project. Manshul hired plaintiff Perosi Electrical Corp. (“plaintiff’ or “Perosi”) as an electrical subcontractor.
