Appellee brought this suit in the circuit court of Sharp County against the appellant for a breach of marriage contract.

The appellant answered denying that he had ever promised to marry appellee, and denied all the material allegations in her complaint.

The evidence is voluminous, and it is unnecessary to set it out here, but we have carefully considered the entire evidence tending to show promise of marriage and have reached the conclusion that there was sufficient evidence to submit this question to the jury.
