This is an appeal by the defendant Edward F. O’Brien, who seeks a reversal of the decree of foreclosure entered by the court on February 15, 1937, in the above entitled cause. The decree was enteréd on a master’s report, on the amended and supplemental bill of the First National Bank of Chicago, filed on January 27, 1934, to foreclose a trust deed in which the Union Trust Company is named trustee of the property described therein, and of which O’Brien is now the owner.
