E.W.K. and B.K. (collectively “Plaintiffs”) bring this action pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq., and New York Education Law § 4404.3, seeking to overturn the determination of the State Review Officer (“SRO”) that the Board of Education of the Chappaqua Central School District and the Chappaqua Central School District (collectively “Defendants” or “District”) are not required to reimburse Plaintiffs for their unilateral placement of their child, B.K., at the Windward School…
