This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Tippah County, Mississippi, in favor of the appellee. From this judgment appellant prosecutes this appeal.

Appellant instituted suit against appellee for personal injuries sustained on December 4, 1958, at approximately 6:00 A.M., in a collision between a station wagon driven by the appellee, in which the appellant was a passenger, and a farm tractor driven by Dewitt Cook.
