*939Appeals (1) from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Connor, J.), entered December 8, 1989 in Ulster County, which, inter alia, granted defendant’s cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and (2) from an order of said court, entered July 19, 1990 in Ulster County, which denied plaintiffs’ motion for reconsideration.
