NICKELL, Judge.

Rachael Price and Waedell Harris appeal from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court entered on May 21, 2007, dismissing their personal injury claims with prejudice following a unanimous jury verdict in favor of Rosa Garcia and Yellow Cab Co. At the end of a three-day trial, jurors were unconvinced Price and Harris had proved they had incurred $1,000.00 in reasonably necessary medical expenses required for recovery under KRS 349.39-060(2)(b).
