In the brief of counsel for the territory many subordinate questions have been presented which are incidental to, and intertwined within, the main issues of the case, a discussion of which is involved in such main issues, and I do not deem it necessary to notice all these subsidiary questions so raised, because a discussion of the main issue in the case, to a large extent, will necessarily determine such subsidiary questions.
