THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on Defendants ' Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Ltd. (“Holdings”), and' NCL (Bahamas) Ltd.’s (“Norwegian”) Motion for Summary Judgment [ECF No. 25]. In this maritime personal injury action, Plaintiff Edwin Salazar brings claims of negligence against the Defendants for injuries he allegedly sustained when he slipped and fell on liquid that had accumulated on the dance floor of a disco onboard the Norwegian Sky.
