Mary Lou Bell filed an action in the Superior Court of Hall County, Georgia, against Barbara Motes McDonald, as administratrix of the estate of Clifton Smith, a resident of Hall County, Georgia, and Billy Gene Thurmond, a resident of Jackson County, Georgia.
