Carlson, Judge.
Steven C. Wilson, son of James C. Wilson, deceased, appeals from the overruling of his petition to vacate the appointment of a special administrator for James’ estate. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
STATEMENT OF FACTS
On April 27,1992, James was involved in an automobile accident with Rodney R. Roth and Janette Roth, appellees in this action. On January 31, 1995, James, then age 94, died of unrelated causes.
