IN THIS Chapter 7 case the matter under consideration is a Motion for Summary Judgment and Motion to Change Venue filed by W.H. Ford, as Trustee (W-H. Ford). The Complaint which originally consisted of four counts left one claim for consideration which is set forth in Count III. In this Count W.H.
