Memorandum: Plaintiff commenced this action seeking damages for the alleged medical malpractice of defendants in their diagnosis and treatment of his wife (decedent), who sustained a cerebral vasospasm following a craniotomy and clipping of a leaking aneurysm, resulting in neurological impairment and, eventually, in death.
