The respondent-mother Colene Overton appeals from the July 1972 supplemental decrees of the circuit court of Winnebago County which terminated her parental rights to her five minor children, and which granted to the Department of Children and Family Services of the State of Illinois (Department) the right to consent to the children’s legal adoption.
