The questions which are presented for determination in these three actions arise under the following facts and circumstances: On January 20, 1900, a summons was issued out of this court in each of the actions, and accompanying the same was a warrant of attachment issued by the clerk of the court, pursuant to the allowance thereof by the justice, as required by the statute.
