o Prior to April 25, 1919,' David G. McMillin and Minnie L. McMillin were husband and wife, residing together in Danville, Illinois. No children had ever been born to them. April 25, 1919, Minnie L. McMillin died intestate, leaving her surviving .as her heirs-at-law, David G. Mc-Millin, her husband, a sister, a brother, two nieces and a nephew. May 12, 1919, David G. McMillin died intestate, leaving him surviving as his heirs-at-law, three sisters, a brother and several nieces and nephews.
