This case is before the Court on an amended motion filed by Farmers State Bank of Alto Pass (the Bank) seeking a determination that the Debtor, Alvion Properties, Inc. (the “Debtor”), is a single asset real estate (SARE) under section 101(51B) of the Bankruptcy Code. 11 U.S.C. § 101(51B).
