STANLEY, Commissioner.
The appellant, John Ball, and the ap-pellee, Virgie Ball, were married in October, 1936, and separated in March, 1956. The wife instituted this suit for divorce and asked that she be adjudged the sole owner of certain real property and all the household goods and that she recover $10,000 in alimony. The husband traversed the allegations of the complaint and pleaded that the wife’s title to the real estate had been obtained by reason of and in consideration of the marriage and title should be restored to him.
