Myrtle I. Levings appeals from the district court’s order of summary judgment in favor of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare (Secretary). 1 Ms. Levings brought this action, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g), 1383(c)(3) (1976), for judicial review of the Secretary’s final decision terminating her supplemental security income (SSI) benefits.
