Defendant, Larry M. Jensen, seeks reversal of his convictions in a jury trial of Rape in the First Degree (11 Del.C. § 764), Conspiracy in the First Degree (11 Del. C. § 513(1)), Possession of a Deadly Weapon during the Commission of a Felony (11 Del.C. § 1447(a)), and Robbery in the First Degree (11 Del. C. § 832). Defendant received a sentence of life imprisonment on the rape charge, three years imprisonment on the robbery charge and five years imprisonment on the weapons offense, sentences to run consecutively.
