Gerald W. Clemente (“Clemente”) comes before the Court seeking, pursuant to Fed. R.Crim.P. 35(b), a reduction in the sentence of 15 years imposed on him for violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. sec. 1962(c) (1982), which sentence he is to serve consecutive to a 30 to 40 year sentence imposed on him for larceny by Mr. Justice Robert Barton of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
