Defendant Carolyn J. Hall Fint appeals from an order of the circuit court of McLean County dated October 7, 1988, in which the court denied her petition to rescind the statutory summary suspension of her driving privileges. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 951/2, pars. 2— 118.1, 6 — 208.1, 11 — 501.1.) We reverse and remand this cause for further proceedings.
