—Order unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance with the following Memorandum: This personal injury action arises from a multi-car accident on the Liverpool exit ramp of Route 81 North in Syracuse at approximately 7:15 a.m. on November 26, 1991. Defendant Deborah Chmaj spun out on a patch of black ice just over the crest of a hill and thereafter was hit from behind by a truck.
